So I've been tagged by my sister-in-law Abbie... and it's all about the love of my life ... Taylor!
What's his name? Taylor Robinson Pollei
How long have you been married? 5 Years this month (Dec 21st) Wow can you believe it?
How long did you date? Well, lets put it this way: Met June 6th, offically engaged August 13th, and married December 21st (all in the same year-- a 7 month stretch)
How old is he? He just turned 27 in August
Who eats more? Well actually, we eat about the same. Mainly because he barely takes a second to sit down and eat... he so go-go-go all the time that eating isn't a priority of his all the time. (But since I've been nursing I have managed to eat more than ususal).
Who said "I love you" first? Taylor did - it was three weeks after we started dating, in SLC, when he came up from California to go to his neice's baby blessing. He told me at my house Saturday night before the blessing.
Who is taller? Taylor by about 3-4 inches. (When he's wearing his Danskos, it's like 5 inches)
Who sings better? This is a funny question because if you ask Talor, he would say he does, but I think he has a higher pitched voice than most males, but I will hand it to him, he can carry a tune --and much better than I. But who am I to talk because I can't sing at all. So we are both muscially challenged (in my opinion). But I must say he can play the piano beautifully!
Who is smarter? Well, that is a trick question...Book smart.. definitely Taylor. For cying out loud he is in MEDICAL School. He scored unbelievably well on his MCAT and Boards. He's also really good at the random/pointless trivia facts, which I am not... but I am the cook type, artsie brain and Mommy facts person. Taylor knows what he has learned from school about babies, but he's learing to follow the natural instinct side of raising a baby now. However, I dont discount my BA... I have a few brainee things to offer the kids.
Who's temper is worse? We are probably equal on that. I tend to get upset easily and more often then Taylor, but when we do get upset, if it's worth worrying about we probably both react the same. We lead pretty chill lives, but to be completely honest, I do more of the venting in the house and Taylor does the listening.
Who does the laundry? Surprisingly.. Taylor does majority of it. - it's one of the perks of being married to him. I know that he doesn't enjoy it, but I usually forget about it until I have 7 mounds of clothes piled in my house, because Taylor needs more garments. I do feel a little guilty about it, but I tend to fold it, he just runs it through the machines.(For me thats the hard part...considering it's usually so hard to get the laundry down the basement).
Who does the dishes? I would say 40/60 (I do them more now then he does)- When we were first married my rule was... I cook and he does the dishes, but now that I am home and he's soo busy with school, I try to do them more... but he still helps out a lot.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? Looking at our bed from the doorway, that would be me (It's away from the door... I don't like being that close to the door..if the boogie man gets me, he gets Taylor first)
Who pays the bills? That would be Taylor .... ever since I can remember, he has always done them. I don't like looking at the money come in and go out.. So to avoid having a finacial melt down all the time... Taylor is in charge of this.
Who mows the lawn? Taylor would if we had a lawn... he's always done the yard work if we've ever had a yard.
Who cooks dinner? This one is definately ME. Taylor's famous line is, I don't like going out to eat, why would I eat anywhere else, when I have a professional cook right at home. He likes my cooking "better". Although I believe him on that and some would say that he just wants to save a penny, he really doesn't like restaurant food that much.
Who is the first to admit that they are wrong? Taylor...mainly because he gets the silent treatment if he doesn't. I am getting better at saying I am wrong, but lets face it...that doesn't happen very often. (J/k)
Who's parents do you see the most? It's pretty close - we have to split our time between two states. I would say we have gone to visit my family more because we always have to travel to see them since they live farther. The first few years of our marriage we saw Taylors parents a lot more because we lived so close.
Who proposed? Taylor - he proposed on at the beach in Laguna Beach. It was gorgeous with all waves, and the sun setting in the background. We were sitting on the sand in a little cove.
Who has more siblings? We have the same. I am the oldest of five, I have two brothers and two sisters. Taylor is second of five, he has two brothers and two sisters too.
Who wears the pants in the family? This is a trick question, Taylor would say I do, but I would agree for the most part, expect that when it comes to really big decisions, we often decide on those things together.
So there you have it... Now its my turn to tag some people: I tag...my mom, Heather Johnstun, Chaci and Kelley.

Sporting the chub... 11 Weeks Old!
Zoe is 11 pounds now and just turned 11 weeks old today. Can you believe it?? She's such a little joy to have in our home. We love her big cheeks and her fun facial expressions. We just love having her around.
Bath Time
Check out my chucky monkey... She's so funny, for some reason she has her arms back like she's showing off her muscles. She's attempting to sit up lately and spares no oppurtunity to attempt this while bathing. They grow so fast don't they? She's getting big if you can't tell, almost ready to graduate to the big tub.
Hanging with Grandpa
I found these pictures of my dad and Zoe and I thought they were soo cute. Do you think that there is any family resemblence? He just loves her and calls her little "tugers", which is a pet name he used to call me and my siblings... I think its a form of "sugars" except with a "T", don't ask me, he's the grandpa, he can call her whatever he likes.
